I found the staff quite helpful. the hotel is close to the park entrance, a plus for my family. we enjoyed having drinks at the two biergartens located nearby. It was very convenient! the location near the park was very nice.
i noticed some sounds from other guests. the walls seemed thin, allowing me to hear hallway noise. it was a slight disturbance but did not ruin my experience.

the quadruple room included very soft bed sheets. i found the room spacious and clean. it was practically furnished to meet all needs. the bathroom felt new.

The room was large, so there was ample storage. Public transport was very close. E-scooters were available everywhere. Most of the staff provided a great service. The bed was comfortable!
The insulation is very bad. I could hear people walking upstairs.

The front desk staff seemed genuinely friendly. They checked us in early when our room was available. The breakfast buffet impressed me a lot. The team responded fast to our requests for room service and supplies.
The paper cups in the bathroom seemed small. The room felt a bit clinical, lacking facilities I would expect and I also noticed a blocked sink. There were no tea making facilities, which i didn't like and no refrigerator was provided either.

the hotel's location was great! the hotel is only 200 meters from the metro station. the staff is attentive, friendly and helpful, i noticed. there is a safe area where you can put your luggage even after checking out, i used it.
the pillows were not comfortable for me.

The staff was smiley and helpful. When i asked for a kettle, it was brought up immediately. they were also very friendly. I felt welcomed. it was a really nice experience.

i was charmed by how stylish the room was, especially the comfortable lighting and the full blinds. the air conditioning worked great. the bathroom felt so clean and new. the reception staff was prompt with extra towels when we needed them. the hotel bar was even open at 3 am!
the room lacked basic toiletries. i think even a kettle or complimentary tea would do. this was a bit shocking with the price charged.
