a good stay near the heart
helpful staff park entrance convenient biergartens perfect location
I found the staff quite helpful. the hotel is close to the park entrance, a plus for my family. we enjoyed having drinks at the two biergartens located nearby. It was very convenient! the location near the park was very nice.
i noticed some sounds from other guests. the walls seemed thin, allowing me to hear hallway noise. it was a slight disturbance but did not ruin my experience.

the quadruple room included very soft bed sheets. i found the room spacious and clean. it was practically furnished to meet all needs. the bathroom felt new.

ample storage comfortable bed great staff
The room was large, so there was ample storage. Public transport was very close. E-scooters were available everywhere. Most of the staff provided a great service. The bed was comfortable!
The insulation is very bad. I could hear people walking upstairs.

The front desk staff seemed genuinely friendly. They checked us in early when our room was available. The breakfast buffet impressed me a lot. The team responded fast to our requests for room service and supplies.
The paper cups in the bathroom seemed small. The room felt a bit clinical, lacking facilities I would expect and I also noticed a blocked sink. There were no tea making facilities, which i didn't like and no refrigerator was provided either.

fantastic stay!
great location attentive staff safe area
the hotel's location was great! the hotel is only 200 meters from the metro station. the staff is attentive, friendly and helpful, i noticed. there is a safe area where you can put your luggage even after checking out, i used it.
the pillows were not comfortable for me.

The staff was smiley and helpful. When i asked for a kettle, it was brought up immediately. they were also very friendly. I felt welcomed. it was a really nice experience.

the hotel has a bar and a starbucks on the ground floor, very convenient. there are also vending machines with snacks and drinks in the basement. i saw a nice rooftop terrace, too.

The room was super clean and very quiet. it was also nice and cozy. it had a nice view. the rooms have great soundproofing. This is a plus.

i had breakfast there, and it provided sustenance for the day. breakfast is quite good, with a good selection of food. the chef makes omelets to order, AMAZING!!!

suprised by this spot
stylish room comfortable lighting helpful staff
i was charmed by how stylish the room was, especially the comfortable lighting and the full blinds. the air conditioning worked great. the bathroom felt so clean and new. the reception staff was prompt with extra towels when we needed them. the hotel bar was even open at 3 am!
the room lacked basic toiletries. i think even a kettle or complimentary tea would do. this was a bit shocking with the price charged.

the hotel location felt safe. it was also close to the u-bahn station. it took 30 to 40 minutes to reach the central station.
